Intersectional Feminism
A framework for thinking about how gender, race, and class (among other factors) interact to create privilege, discrimination, and oppression.
Moral Courage
The courage required to stand for and act upon one’s ethical beliefs despite the possibility of emotional, social, or physical consequences
Interactive Stories
A type of video game where the decisions the player makes determines how the story progresses and how the game ends.
Social Change
Young adults learn feminism and moral courage through interactive stories, empowering them to advocate for gender equality and drive social change.
When it comes to achieving gender inequality, many women, especially women of color and other marginalized women, have been left behind. Aspects of one's identity should not lead to different levels of access to opportunity - an intersectional approach is necessary to achieve true equality.
Understanding that there is an issue is not sufficient to bring about change. Acts of moral courage (as well as large-scale social coordination, a sufficient number of supporters, etc.) are required to drive meaningful change. Moral courage can be learned and practiced through interactive stories.
